“The host communicated well and was exceptionally kind. We accidently left a computer behind and they made retrieving it easy. The house was as-described and cozy for our family. We felt at home. ”

Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..”

“We had a lovely time staying at Hekuran's property. We were staying whilst attending a work conference and the space was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, accessible, and well stocked, with parking easily accessible. Hekuran had even left us a small welcome gift which was perfect for our first night on arrival. The property is near to local shops and is well connected into the city. Would stay here again :)”

“Advertised as 2 king size bedrooms abut 1 double and 1 extremely small twin, hardly any room. Kitchen and lounge great, bathroom needs an update. ”

“Host cancelled my booking last minute because they realised children were part of that booking which very unprofessional because when I searched for properties this one showed as suitable for children and family. Also nowhere on the description it said its not suitable for children. Only after they cancelled my booking they updated the description. Very cheeky and unprofessional behaviour because I only had a day left before my trip to find another property which difficult to find. Very bad……

“Property was excellent and in a great spot.I did find there was far too much hassle, after initially booking, with registration forms, deposits etc.Too much communication from Prim that wasn't required, but none when the known issue of the broken washing machine that was left with dirty towels in it for our arrival. Even with accommodating an initial attempted repair and chasing up, we never received any further information and did not have use of the washing machine for the duration of the……

“Very clean and spacous as we was only staying over night... local to town by taxi or a short drive. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast if we needed to. Great little shop across the road, with all sort of different treats. ”
