Clean and nice. However, When indoor pool is closed entire stay seems some discount or provision should be made as that is a major factor for some in the choice to stay there when had other options nearby with pools open. Appreciate commitment to clean, but staff was mopping all of the area in the middle of breakfast, which seemed unnecessary at that time. During breakfast, my wife went to throw trash away in the garbage can right there and a staff member made a reaction and a comment Frustrated because they had just emptied that trashcan, which is absurd and poor service.
Me and my boyfriend loved that we got to stay here for a short getaway, the room was great and way more spacious than I expected. Everything exceeded our expectations to say the least, we would definitely stay here again!
Loved everything about this place. Having said that, the price on Expedia doesn’t mention the $75 fee for a pet even though this hotel says “pet friendly”. Nice little kick to the nuts.
The hotel was great! Nice and clean and the breakfast was great too! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Our suite had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, pull out sofa bed, etc. One could live there if he wanted to. Didn’t use the indoor pool or gym but they were nice! I highly recommend staying there! Also there is a gas station close by for gas and incidentals! We were happy to stay there!
Nice facility, employees were welcoming and helpful, great weekend away in a very pleasant city. Loved the Newberry Opera House. I'll be back!!

Clean, comfortable, nice
This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable, and nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We randomly stopped here on our way home from our beach camping trip after getting chased by flooding from an emerging tropical storm. This hotel was a welcome respite from that wet & chaotic experience. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The hotel was fairly new and that made the facility in good shape. The road noise at night made it difficult to sleep. Although, the cleaners did clean the room. You could tell they were in a hurry and did not do a good job of cleaning the high used areas or check the room was properly stocked.
Pool was not available for our use.
This is a nice, albeit rather expensive (I expect a LOT more for nearly $200), motel.
relatively new, quite clean (for the most part), but a bit pricey..Checkin -in employee was very helpful.
TV didn't work in the pm or am without assistance. No shower gel in the container. We used the bar soap. Stairway was dirty & not a priority for cleaning although the main hallways were clean & so was the room.
I want to give it 4 *,s but will say 3.5 *.
The check-in clerk had the worst customer service skills that I’ve encountered during a hotel check in at a Hilton location. She probably won’t be there long so future guest won’t have to suffer.
I made two separate 1 day reservations as our original stay for 1 day was increased to two. Upon check-in I let her know that and she indicated that there were no promises that I would be able to stay in the same room. I then inquired if I would have to go through the check-out and check-in process again and she didn’t know but stated maybe. Clueless!
She let me know that I could go ahead and pay for another night against the first reservation so to ensure I didn’t have to move rooms. Unacceptable as I had already prepaid for two nights. She then started to mock me! I checked in and moved on with my day. I noticed the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant.

Being a loyal customer I was highly disappointed with the lpoor level of professional and customer service. The front desk attendant on 2 different occasions was rude and loud talking myself and the customer service respresentive ( with her own hilton reservation department). I was there due to medical and business purposes. Slated to be from a Tues to Monday. Had to cut my bisit short due to the way the call and rhe extension of my reservation was handled. I am a very patient understanding business women who values loyalty and good customer service. I with this being t he 2nd time the service has been poor and the pool is still incomplete a year later. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I pray things improve becomes you never know whom and what influences a person staying at the facility may , especially not based off of color or gender.
