“I think when we book the hotel it should be mentioned that there is no Air conditioning in room very disappointing in the peak hot days without AC”

“Room was clean but bathroom was a bit gruby. There were only hand towels, which wasn't a problem as the shower didn't work at all. Breakfast was okay but no water in the urn so unable to have a coffee or tea. Car parking & distance to town center waa excellent”

“So far everything nice in Grains Bar Hotel. Just light so dark ”

“The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. ”

“The location is excellent. What i didn't like that the dining room wasn't open in the evening. The bar area has insufficient tables in the evening for a social drink. It seems they are more focused on the leisure side of the business.”

“Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head.”
