「This property has a nice large kitchen that is well stocked with coffee, tea, etc. We used the front fenced in yard mostly for the dogs and they loved getting to roam free. It is an older home and the decor matched very well. Communication with the host was great. We needed extra towels and sheets and the host responded quickly with directions on how to get them. I loved that it felt like it was homey and privately remote, yet it was close enough to needed services (such as restaurants) to get what we needed easily without feeling like we had to travel a long way to do it.」

「Visited St James to see the Maramec Spring Park and Ironworks and stayed two nights at the Hummingbird house. We had our dog, and she loved the huge yard. House had a full kitchen and huge bedroom. The laundry machines were full-sized front loaded and stacked located in the kitchen. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for a relaxing stay.」

「The home itself was very clean and nice, but check-in was frustrating. After a full day of travel with two young kids ready for bed, the keypad failed. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes for the husband to arrive, and then another delay while he figured out how to unlock the door for us. The host apologized later due to working a night shift as a nurse, but waiting outside so long with exhausted children was tough. Great house once we got in, but check-in needs a much better backup plan.」
