「Nice place in a great location」

「My suggestion is leave bottle water in the room. A bottle for each person. The cost warrants complimentary water. The rooms requires sound proofing. Very noisy and NOT due to noisy guests.」

「Difficult getting access. The email they sent went to junk so it took ages to find how to get into the property. The room was much smaller than it looked on the photos. Not much noise insulation in the property so you could hear other residents. Parking we got lucky but it could’ve been difficult. Great location but property very disappointing」

「We really liked the room and location. It was clean and felt safe. The individual managing the property responded to our needs and questions in a timely and respectful manner. However we did not like dealing with Vrbo and the fee for having to rebook. We are seniors who sometimes have to change plans due to medical issues. Vrbo makes this difficult with the high fee. It was our first time dealing with Vrbo and we will not use this booking service again. Hopefully there is another way to book...

「I never even stayed after fighting my way up a tiny stairwell and then getting into to my room to hear some yelping dogs (atleast 2 if not 3) I wasn’t going to deal with it so in your listing I’d start stating your parking is no better then a smart car maybe and that you’ve got dogs living in the rental which are very very annoying. After stating I wasn’t going to stay there they said ok we understand with 0 offering to refund money or anything. I’d highly suggest finding a new place unless you...
