Located on the quiet side of the island. Cozy house with deck and fenced in yard. Walk to the back beach- great for kids, or bike to the ocean. Fun restaurant/bar at the end of the road with fire pits and picnic tables. Can't beat the sunsets! Go on a whale watch, Blue's Cruise or Fireworks Cruise on one of the charters at the tip of the island.
Want to step off the island? Downtown Newburyport has everything you need. Top notch shopping and restaurants. Concerts at the Firehouse Center and many on-going activities.

Long Weekend at the Beach
Jackie is awesome and was so responsive. She pre-emptively gave us check in details, directions, and even some local information on how to find the "small beach." It was awesome. The cottage was well kept and we loved sitting out on the porch in the evenings. Thank you for a great vacation!

Cozy Cottage
This is a great spot. Cozy and clean. Would suggest bringing extra pillows but close to the beach and they had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. It was a delightful stay. Jackie was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth!

Met our needs
My husband and I wanted to stay near Newburyport with our 2 Portuguese Water Dogs. This cottage had a fenced in yard so the dogs could play and there was more than enough room for us. The cottage is older but the price was right and it met our needs. The host, Jackie, was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Great Plum Island location
Great Plum Island location close to the Merrimack river, very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay, Jackie was friendly, responsive and helpful. The cottage is a bit worn out but this was not a surprise. Pretty well equipped, the bathtub seems to have been upgraded, so bathroom was really fine. Beds were also pretty comfortable. We enjoyed the patio.
