I will say first up - they did fix the problem - it took about an hour and after travelling for just over 22 hours that 1 hour felt like forever - on saying this- it should not have happened in the first place
We got to the building we were supposed to stay in, to walk through an unkept, broken items, stinking of pot and cigarettes area - go upstairs to the room we were supposed to have to find the room filthy, other peoples items in it some one's tobacco outside the front security door with the security door jammed wide open.
We text and called the after hours - it took a few times, calls, being put on hold for 12 minutes, other texts etc before we were told to go to a completely different building in a different suburb.
They did upgrade us - we didn't need an upgrade there was 2 of us that in the end stayed for a whole 6 hours in the property - the upgrade was nice clean had a strong toxic carpet smell but it was at least a whole lot cleaner than the first one we went too.
Overall - it took ages to get into the place in the end, codes to get in were wrong had to wait for new codes
by this time we were exceptionally tired, hungry busting for a toilet etc. So overall worn out
They did fix it in the end, they did handle it well, we did get an upgraded style apartment which was nice.
The starting experience though let them down.
