Evidently, the apartments are used for temporary Housing commission stays. Incredibly noisy. Drug use and abuse were heard during the night. Moving Furniture all night. Complained after the first night. Nothing was done. Will not be staying here again, Do not recommend this given the Housing Commission partnerships and the risk of all-night partying on a Monday night! Accommodation was cheap and clean, but overall very disappointing.

The property is in a great location, have ever you do need advanced driving skills and a lot of luck to capture one of 3 available car parks (for over 16 Units) The walls are paper thin, and you do get entertained with the going's on of the units on the same level. We were particularly interested in the 10.00pm rambles of one drunk husband that choose to tell his wife about his feeling with lots of colorful expletives for about an hour and a half. I said to my wife that we a probably getting what we paid for until she told me what we were paying! Not good enough for the premium we were charged with low quality flooring, cupboards and bathroom fittings. The vanity sink was not even secured to the vanity cupboard. Not good enough to what was advertised.

I assumed with an apartment it would have parking, but no, I guess that one’s on me. We had to park on the street or a small shopping car park all had timed parking. Toilet seat was broken, they were going to send someone to fix it but they never turned up. Wardrobe door was off and behind the couch and there were no coat hangers.

Disappointing and dangerous
This apartment was not at all suitable for our needs. In the room details it stated that it was wheelchair accessible. Due to my husbands limited mobility and use of a walker this was essential for us. When we arrived at the apartments we were shocked to find the only access to our apartment was via 2 sets of arrow steep stairs with no hand rails to the top level. My husband had to climb on his hands and knees to reach the top level. I had to carry our bags and his walker up the stairs. As the floor was’ t clean, he was quite grubby on reaching the top. There is no onsite reception access is remotely operated. The premises is difficult to locate and parking is in a nearby shopping centre carpark. This place is entirely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or some frailty for carrying luggage a distance. One of two ceiling lights didn’t work, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. There was a long hair not belonging to us in the bed.

Had to call property twice to get check in details. Room very clean and tidy but very noisy. Could hear everything from the room above, including for steps. The apartments walls are very thin and outside lights left on all night. Had to put towels over windows at across bottom of door to stop bright lights coming into room

Great location, helpful with checking in and out. The apartment it self was a bit dirty, crumbs all over the counter and the floor. Sheets were old and torn up, remote out of battery.

I will say first up - they did fix the problem - it took about an hour and after travelling for just over 22 hours that 1 hour felt like forever - on saying this- it should not have happened in the first place We got to the building we were supposed to stay in, to walk through an unkept, broken items, stinking of pot and cigarettes area - go upstairs to the room we were supposed to have to find the room filthy, other peoples items in it some one's tobacco outside the front security door with the security door jammed wide open. We text and called the after hours - it took a few times, calls, being put on hold for 12 minutes, other texts etc before we were told to go to a completely different building in a different suburb. They did upgrade us - we didn't need an upgrade there was 2 of us that in the end stayed for a whole 6 hours in the property - the upgrade was nice clean had a strong toxic carpet smell but it was at least a whole lot cleaner than the first one we went too. Overall - it took ages to get into the place in the end, codes to get in were wrong had to wait for new codes by this time we were exceptionally tired, hungry busting for a toilet etc. So overall worn out They did fix it in the end, they did handle it well, we did get an upgraded style apartment which was nice. The starting experience though let them down.

No off street parking ,only 3 spaces which was full ,dirty marks on walls .some things need a tidy up and replaced ,door to room has a gap at Bottom which lets the over bright lights in mail entrance flood in at night , I could hear every foot step and noise from apartments above me .so lack of sleep I was given .the place need a good clean top to bottom fresh coat of paint and scrub , All cups in cupboard had marks and Dirty ,

Was greeted with an unclean room, was cleaned after we got there but to the trained eye it was below standard. Only got fresh towels when asked for them and in general it was needing in a clean all around as there were lots of cobwebs in stairwell windows for one.

The property was clean & serviced the reasons for the rental. It was also close/in walking distance to our daughter which was the main reason for the hire. However, it was very noisy between one room to the next. Felt & sounded like there was barely a wall separating rooms, could hear everything especially late at night, this was disappointing. But otherwise it was enjoyable :)

I just loved the apartment where I stayed for 3 days. Great position, great layout but there were NO cups or mugs which was a bit odd! My only other concern was I queried the cleanliness of the bed linen as it seemed not fresh, with a revolting blood stain or whatever,on the cover. I just thought ‘let it go’ but unfortunately the first morning I went to get out of bed I had a long brown hair caught on my toes. Eeeekkkk! My hair is very short and very grey. But I will stay there again the next time I visit my sister, hopefully with cleaner bedding and some mugs, so thankyou. Wendy Clayton

Room was good BUT....
〇 No Wifi(They had but no more connection if you watch 30min movie you have to pay extra) 〇 No Parking(Just only 3 car park only. Basically we can't use) 〇 No Lift.(If you have many buggage you have to carry by steps.) 〇 Thin walls and ceiling. 〇 Reasonable Price(I had stayed AUD$89. )Room was good so this price is good!!

'Apartment' is very misleading and just means it has a 'cooking area' but that is a microwave and small cooktop with fridge next to the bed in a small room. Disappointing.

For a brand new building it’s a shame, the standard is pretty poor. It couldn’t possibly have passed the building code requirements. Paper thin walls seems like zero insulation. ‘Cardboard box’ you can hear absolutely everything above/beside and outside the door. Having said that it was clean and had aircon for a very hot day. The check in was clunky. We had paid upfront online/Expedia and were sent a check in email to provide bank details for a bond. No problem. This was done however some IT problem meant it wasn’t received. It was redone and then we were charged the bond and charged again for the room. All has been refunded but generally pretty poor communication and administration. Convenient location for us but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I wouldnt stay here again if you payed me. There was no parking so i was advised by the staff to park next door in the shopping car park, which i did. I got a $120 parking ticket. Dont expect to get any sleep at all. The aprtment was so noisy, you could here everything.

Nice new apartment but full of cockroach’s as soon as you open the door they ran for there lives, when I went to leave the next day I had 4 in my bag ready to come hame with and the one next to me had them all over the apartment as well
