Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food.

Unpleasant experience at Chappel heights
It’s a good property.
We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets
They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking

Property was absolutely filthy we had black feet by just wlaking around the house, dirty sheets had stains on them. Also found rubbish in the bathrooms that wasn’t ours. Cob webs all over the windows. Extremely noisy neighbour's. Marks all over the walls, mould in sinks and on bathroom tiles. Would not stay again
