Accommodation was very clean and roomy. Bed comfortable and shower has good water pressure. Short drive to shopping centre and walking distance to the pub around the corner. Beds are upstairs.

Great location, clean, and great amount of space. Only trouble was getting in at the start however this was quickly fixed with a phone call.

Very tidy property. Sadly when you book through Expedia all personal details aren’t passed across so make sure you arrive in time to call and organise. You don’t get entry codes automatically as expected. Walls were rather thin too.

Didn't really understand why I needed to call and provide phone number and email to get check in instructions when they're already provided during the booking. A few lights flickering/non existent and seemed like the overhead fans would turn on randomly. Possible electrical fault? The place is clean and as expected, but just a few quirks that took away.

Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food.

Unpleasant experience at Chappel heights

It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking

Property was absolutely filthy we had black feet by just wlaking around the house, dirty sheets had stains on them. Also found rubbish in the bathrooms that wasn’t ours. Cob webs all over the windows. Extremely noisy neighbour's. Marks all over the walls, mould in sinks and on bathroom tiles. Would not stay again
