The Neighborhood:
Dudley is one of Newcastle's hidden gems, loved for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, friendly community and easy access to nature. It's the kind of neighbourhood where neighbours know each other, children ride their bikes and play together, and there's a genuine sense of community that's becoming increasingly rare.
You'll find some of Newcastle's most beautiful walking trails just moments from the house, with easy access to Glenrock State Conservation Area, Dudley Beach and stunning coastal lookouts. Whether you're walking, mountain biking, surfing or simply taking in the scenery, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the outdoors.
Please note that Dudley is a naturally hilly suburb, and Ivy Street is one of the steeper streets in the area. While this adds to the beautiful elevated outlook and leafy surroundings, it's worth keeping in mind if you're walking with young children, prams or bikes.
We know you'll love the peaceful atmosphere and welcoming community that make Dudley such a special place to stay.
