Really hard to find in dark - the house number needs to be illuminated. Parking was tricky. Dirty cups put away in cupboard. A bit noisy being a house divided into 3 units - no soft furnishings to absorb the noise. Also the front bedroom needs blockout curtains to stop car headlight flicker from the traffic overnight. Spartan but clean and comfy beds. Close to Hospital.

Very nice apartment, would stay again. There was a loud beeping sound or something all through the night that sucked but wasn't too bad

Great location, clean and modern. Traffic noise is loud. We could hear neighbouring unit easily. There alarm went from 4.30 am for at least an hour every morning.

Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.

The people that run this property are horrendous when it comes to communication. My booking confirmation stated that I would receive an email 24hrs before my check in time explaining how to check in. I never received it. I then couldn’t find anyway to contact them on the booking. I searched and found an address for another set of apartments run by the same people in which I did find a contact number for. After all of that I called them to ask about the email I was supposed to receive and was assured I would receive a txt by 3pm. I did not I then called again at 3:30pm to ask what was going on. They told me they would text me straight away. It took another 30mins to receive the txt by which it was an hr past check in. This made for a horrible experience overall. The bed was not the most comfortable and the toilet placement is a joke. My partner and I are both tall and we had to use the toilet sideways as our legs were too long to sit correctly on the toilet. The shower is also missing a door so water goes everywhere.

Called 3 times to haven the Air con fixed as it wasn’t working. No body came to fix it. Then a guy called me to turn off the power in the unit for 30 seconds which I did and the air con worked for 30 minutes and then automatically turned off again. Poor support from staff.

Poor communication, convenient location

Property outside under construction. Very poor communication, we were unsure of where the check in was. Then we had to wait for more than an hour after supposed check in, with my young kids in front of the property for the check in instructions, only to find out that they were still cleaning the rooms. There was a number to call in some other property but the First Lady was not helpful or seemed to care at all about us waiting outside for a long time after check in. The second person, a man was more helpful. The place was very convenient, close from Kotara shopping centre.

The property was immaculate and honestly such a pleasant surprise when opening the door. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The only drawbacks on this occasion were the bedding and the property surroundings. The bedding had hairs and dirt marks across the covers and sheets which was quite unpleasant. The building itself you can tell was fully refurbished and completely new, which was a real highlight. The downside of that was that there is still construction around the property which made the street appeal not look as good, hence my pleasant surprise after I opened the door to the room. Very lovely and highly recommend.
