The property was very clean, recently updated, with construction going on to add amenities and rooms. Our stay was over Saturday night to Sunday. I would stay there again. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Really nice boutique style hotel. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Person checking us in (virtually) gave great advice on where to eat. Didn't really care for virtual check in but that's the only negative.

I was late in arriving and the staff made it pretty easy to check in. The property is small but parking is adequate for the number of rooms they have. Relatively quiet. Hard to find at night !

Had a recent stay at Sage Motel (Newcastle, WY) while traveling through to Mt. Rushmore. I was very happy with the clean accommodation, little personal touches throughout the room, recently remodeled property with modern furnishings and entertainment connectivity. Pride of Ownership shows through and through around the Property & Main Building. Conveniently located to all major highways, restaurants, and historic Downtown. A blissful quiet sleep and pleasant home away from home. I would definitely recommend Sage Motel to friends and family while visiting the area.

This is a super nice motel! My room was spotless and the outdoor seating area was great. I’ve never stayed at a motel where the flowers were so beautiful. It was a wonderful touch. It looks like they are continuing to improve the place and I’ll be back next summer!! The office had a guest computer, vending machine and ice machine. Overall probably the best stay I’ve had at a small motel!

Concerned when Expedia said pay at property but no one there. Just a remote checkin. Lady was very nice on phone and said just meant the hotel would charge instead of Expedia.

Staff was unavailable except by phone in the lobby. She was pleasant and helpful but not there to guide or sign anything. Room was clean but very few electrical outlets. Furniture was very dated but accommodating. Not a bar of soap in sight.

This is a great value motel. We had a couple of issues that can be attributed to a Lazy maid, I reported them to the front desk and they said they would correct them The sidewalks could use some pressure washing and cleaning, the trees could use some trimming, but for the price this was a clean bed and a clean shower!
