A cosy, bright upper flat nestled between the vibrant beach village of Tynemouth and the up and coming North Shields Fish Quay. Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the North East, or for those on business looking for a comfortable home away from home.

A cosy, bright upper flat nestled between the vibrant beach village of Tynemouth and the up and coming North Shields Fish Quay. Close to all major transport routes, the metro line is a 10 minute walk for easy connection to Newcastle City Center, and with the bus stop only a stone's throw from the doorstep.

Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the North East, or for those on business looking for a comfortable home away from home. The flat is light, airy and well equipped to provide you with the ultimate homestay experience.

The property offers ‘high speed’ wifi, with a workstation to appeal those on business, a large dining area and a comfortable sofa and television set up to relax and unwind on after a long day exploring.

The flat benefits from a multi use set up with the option of a superking or 2 single beds in the master bedroom, a single second room and a comfy double sofa bed in the living room.

Please note that there are steep stairs to access the property, it is in the first floor. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

A North East coastal location doesn’t get better than this!

A 5 minute short walk will take you to the hip North Shields Fish Quay awash with an exotic array of independent restaurants, bars and cafes. The area is on a working fish quay that serves up the freshest local catch (come early in the morning), whilst offering a scenic river path to the mouth of the river harbouring a plethora of history and landscapes to be enjoyed en route.

A 9 minute walk to the east will take you to the very picturesque village of Tynemouth. With a quaint high street filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops it sits in front of some of the finest beaches and historical monuments the UK has to offer.

The metro station in Tynemouth and North Shields offers a quick connection to central Newcastle, running frequently from early morning to late evening and taking around 30 minutes.

Growing up in the tropical country of Costa Rica, then coming to live in the vibrant town of North Shields, the sea and exploring has always been part of my live. In partner with my husband and my cousin we decided to found Creative Accommodations, a hospitality business to share with you our passion for travelling and great accommodations.

Whether you're staying with us for one night, two weeks or a month, we pride ourselves on providing excellent accommodation and are keen to make your stay a happy memory.

You will find the entrance of the flat just next to the bus stop, 160 ft from The Premier store.

Please note that we recently changed the sofa because it broke, and the current sofa is not the one in the picture.

Wonderful

I was looking for a soft place to land for my dog and me, and Sofia's place offered just that! It was cosy, and an easy walk to Northumberland Park and Tynemouth. It was also useful to have a little Morrison's daily store on the corner to pick up a few necessities. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.
