The room was clean and was maintained by Ann. The reception staff were very helpful and approachable. Provide recommendations to places I could be interested in all round great staff. Would stay there again.
This is our go to hotel every time we visit Newcastle now been about 5 or 6 times, staff are always friendly polite and courteous, the Three Mile Pub is excellent with lots to offer drink and foodwise.
