The Sea Hotel?

First of all, the hotel doesn’t have a lift or air conditioning, which was already a bit disappointing. The stairs were dirty and didn’t feel well looked after, so my first impression wasn’t very positive. When you finally get up to your room, the corridor looks tired and outdated, as if it hasn’t been renovated in years. The room itself was a decent size, which was good, and the bed, although small, was actually quite comfortable. However, there’s no wardrobe — just a hanging rail with a few hangers, which really isn’t enough if you’re staying more than a night or two. The lack of A/C made the room feel stuffy as well, especially in warmer weather. The bathroom added to the dated feel: vinyl flooring, an old anti-slip mat that looked like it had seen better days, and only miniature bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Everything worked, but it didn’t feel fresh or welcoming. On the positive side, the cleaning staff did a good job tidying the room every day, which made the stay a bit more comfortable. And of course, the location of the Sea Hotel was absolutely perfect, which is probably its biggest advantage. Still, I really think the management should consider investing in proper renovations, because with such a great location, the facilities really don’t do the place justice.

Noisy and tired stay

Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was plentiful and breakfast was good. The hotel itself needs some work, it's looking tired in areas. The room itself was sizeable, however there was a bit of patchwork repair and an awful smell. The room was overly warm, very uncomfortable. Due to the constant noise from the beach bars, difficult to get any sleep with the windows open. It was however a convenient location for the beach and the amusement park.
