Wolesley-5 Bed 2 Bath Slp 8 Ideal for Contractors

This spacious terraced house is ideal for families, groups, or contractors. With front and back gardens, plus private parking at the rear, it offers both comfort and convenience. The front sits on a peaceful pedestrian street, with access through the rear gate and door. Inside are four bedrooms—three doubles and two singles—along with two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and overhead shower. A welcoming base for work or leisure.
The space
The property has 5 spacious bedrooms, all fitted with open clothes rails. The house has five spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and three with single beds. Each room includes an open clothes rail with shelves and hangers, a mirror, a bedside table, and a lamp.

The Living Room has a large sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV with Netflix.

The property has two modern bathrooms. The first includes a bath, a heated shower, a toilet, a sink, and a towel radiator. The second has a heated shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator as well.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with a dining table which seats 8 people.

Guests will also find all essential kitchenware, including utensils, cutlery, and cookware.

An iron and an ironing board are also provided for convenience.

Towels are provided for your stay. FREE Wi-Fi throughout the property.

* All guests must be over 25 years old.

* All guests must pay a damage deposit, provide ID, and agree to the guest T&C's before staying.

The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy, hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.

We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.
Other things to note
Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer are all provided for our guests. Please note we do not provide toiletries as we do not agree with single-use plastics.

*Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am -8pm.
