「Very nice hotel for me!!」

「What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable. The heated and lit mirror in the bathroom is indicative of the attention to detail that makes a stay even nicer. In terms of staff, Tracy was really friendly and helpful. 「Ba Ba guest house Chester was a superb find. I stayed for 2 nights whilst doing the marathon. A very big single room, everyone provided & a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the city centre & a 30 minute walk to the race course. The owners were really friendly & helpful with car parking. I would definitely recommend this guest house if you want a quiet comfortable stay close to all amenities.」

「Wonderful 」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「Excellent quirky hotel in a great location. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.」

「We loved the 2 rooms we had here - a lot of amenities were provided in a small space. Communication and instructions for the late check in were excellent. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Great locations with lots of restaurants in the close vicinity.」

「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「overall, premier inn chester is good, facilities are new and clean. just when stepping in the room, I found cookie wrapper is left at the corner.」

「Nice service from Emily at reception and others, and soft bed to fall asleep, It's a excellent lodge, but attic is too hot to stay in noon even fan was there. I made friend's there」

「Having been assigned to a very small room on the ground floor at the Annex building. The room was grossly over-priced at a rate of above 80 pounds (breakfast exclusive).」
