Tranquil Get-Away

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was perfect for a family of four. It is in a secluded area providing so much relaxation and peace, but still close enough to the towns in the area.

Labor Day weekend mountain get away

We had a comfortable and special holiday mountain get away. Cabin was very nicely appointed and cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Great Getaway

Our family had a fantastic stay in the heart of the mountains. The cabin was just as described…the only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer! We look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

anniversary getaway

We wanted to get away for a few days to hike and read and chill and this was a very good spot for us. Convenient for our hiking and comfortable. Thanks for letting us have it for several days.

Beautiful, peaceful cabin

This was our second stay at this beautiful log cabin— peaceful, well-kept grounds, comfortable, cozy, and very clean. This cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The view from the porch is gorgeous. We love to sit there on the rocking chairs with a glass of wine.

Sweet little cabin

We had a wonderful visit to this quiet mountain cabin! Loved mornings on the porch listening to the birds and admiring the view. We had a few complications leading up to our visit. Debbie was very accommodating and willing to be flexible, which was very much appreciated. 10/10

Spacious and Quiet

We loved this modern cabin in the mountains. There is fresh air throughout the day and night. It is fully equipped with comfy beds, room to eat as a family, and a great kitchen to cook family meals. No A/C had us concerned; but, even in July, the nights cooled off nicely and we loved the fresh, mountain air. Location of the cabin is perfect for sightseeing in nearby Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Blue Ridge Parkway, and we even ventured up to Airy, NC (town where Andy Griffith was raised and his inspiration for Mayberry). Our family of 3 had a most enjoyable week in the mountains of NC and the cabin is very modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend. Most challenging part was finding it after dark, which I do not recommend...but, owner was most helpful in guiding us to the cabin ;-)

Had a great time visiting Grandfathers Mountain, Linville Falls and Blowing Rock. The cabin was comfortable, clean and a great peaceful place to come back to after a long day!

Solitude and beautiful cabin

Centrally located to all state parks we wanted to visit (and a couple other waterfalls/areas we hadn’t planned on) Owner, Debbie, was very helpful. Cabin well furnished, will definitely book again when we venture back to the area.

Beautiful area and a cozy mountain cabin!

The front porch was one of our favorite places, to sit in the rocking chairs and take in the view. The cabin had pretty much everything we could need for our stay. Would definitely recommend!
