Great location for getting around on foot. My family cooks a lot even when traveling. This place had a modest amount of cookware and dishes to accommodate our needs. The place was clean but better attention to detail was needed in kitchen.

Perfect location between Balboa and the Beach

Great accommodations!

This condo worked out perfectly for a mother-son get away to see the ocean. I was so happy our Ford Explorer barely fit in the garage too. It was neat to have both the bay and the ocean So close. We would stay here again.

The house is centrally located in the heart of Balboa near the fun zone.

This makes it an awesome location for local fun with the kids or a day trip to Balboa or Catalina Island. My friends and I loved the beach motif of the house, the comfort and the location. We enjoyed time in the sun and the local restaurants for seafood and drinks. I would recommend this property for a vacation with family, friends or any occasion.

We had a great time here! Location is so close to the "fun zone!"

This home is clean, quite, safe and super close to the water! Right near the fun zone and the ferry boat, and a short walk to the ocean font beach! Near great dining, bike rentals and everything you need for a relaxing weekend in a beach town. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything you would need, super clean and beach cozy! Also had a beach bag that came in handy, beach towels and beach chairs! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place in the bay

This place was great. We loved the updates but also the original charm of a beach cottage. We spent time on the dock. The location was great...close to bay, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. we loved it!!! The decor is also very nice and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need, minus the food.

Fantastic stay on Balboa Peninsula

This place was just as advertised. Clean, simple, and the location was great. Everything is in short walking distance including the ferry, fun zone, pier, beach, and a little corner market store. We had brought much of our own food, and the kitchen was fully furnished to support all our meals. We would consider this place again in the future. And Kathy was always responsive to our questions.

A very nice place

This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Balboa. The representative was excellent and responsive to any issues we had. The home was well stocked with the esscetials. The only problem was parking. With street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday it became difficult to find a parking spot. Overall an excellent place.

Perfect location and comfortable space

We are 3 adults and 2 kids and this spot was perfect. We loved being on the water and walked everywhere. The apartment was as described. Kathy was available for questions we loved being greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Our only issue was parking...during the week it was pretty easy but on Sat it took us 45 min to find a spot. We would love to return another time!

Perfect Location & Great Condo!

My family has been visiting Balboa for many years and this adorable beach condo and our experience could not have been any better! The location is perfect - walking to the Fun Zone, Pier, Ocean, Bay, shops and dining, yet peaceful. We loved having access to the doc and enjoyed many of our meals at the table there. The condo was very clean, beds/linens very comfortable and decor the ideal beach feel. Kathy, the Manager went out of her way to assist with her favorite spots and a late check out. We so appreciated the warm welcome of wine & truffles and the bathroom amenities included were a nice touch. We will most certainly book this charming cottage again! Thank you, Kathy, for a wonderful experience!

Perfect location, wonderful vacation

We arrived In Orange County to support our son and daughter-in-law after the birth of our newest granddaughter. This condo was available and was the perfect location for the 5 of us coming from Phoenix to celebrate! I am so grateful to Kathy for working with us to get in on "on the day of" our arrival in Newport. She worked quickly and patiently to "make it happen." We are so thankful! I loved the decor of the condo, the living space and we especially enjoyed the location---steps from the harbor, many great restaurants, the Fun Zone and only a few blocks from the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great time! The property was clean and nice. The location was terrific! We will definitely be back. We enjoyed working with Kathy. She is wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better. We were able to make some wonderful memories as we both grew up in Southern California and still have tons of family there. Our family and grandchildren that joined us in the other units had a wonderful time too. In the words of one of our grandkids "this is the best day, I'm having a blast." She said this daily! Thank you again for helping us make memories. The Gunderson's
