Just one back from the sand this is truly a one of a kind duplex in mint condition on the Newport Peninsula. This lower level features two bedrooms, two well appointed bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living, dining space and a generously sized front enclosed patio.

Newly updated unit with a fresh, airy feel. Cool grey and white furnishings with an open concept living area make beach living easy. The sliding doors open up to the front patio where you can enjoy a slow morning or evening sunset cocktail.

Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Parking is 1 carport spot behind the garage. Enjoy all that Newport Beach living has to offer in this modern, coastal home.

Loved this home. Stylish and cozy sitting area and property. Very clean and nicely appointed. It is so nice to walk to the beach and explore! Wish we could have been accommodated by property management as requested in plenty of time even if only an hour or 2 as we were in a pinch to get to a rehearsal dinner. :(
