The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and 1 half bathroom with pedestal sink.

Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation
Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 pets, no large dogs allowed. There will be an additional pet fee of $200.

Garage parking for 1 vehicle with EV charger available.
Since the garage parking is shared with the other unit, large vehicles must park on the street. Smaller vehicles only for the 1 garage parking spot per unit.
Guests CANNOT park vehicles in front of the garage. Failure to do so may result in car being towed at guest's expense and/or a penalty fine can be passed onto the guest.

Located less than a mile from the Corona del Mar State Beach Park, Blue Iris is in walking distance of restaurants, parks and local boutique shops. Just a short drive away from a fun-filled day of surf and sand. Newport Center is 1.5 miles away, offering an abundance of dining and shopping. Break out the clubs and practice your swing at one of the many local golf courses. The family-friendly Balboa Pier is a great place to stretch your legs or break out a fishing pole or two.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Flat Pet Fee of $200 will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
