Beautiful property, clean and well equipped

We loved everything about our stay. I traveled with my teen daughter and her friend for spring break. We all loved the view and the location. It was perfor us because it was essentially two self contained units with a connecting door so they could feel like they had some independence. We enjoyed the patio for sunsets.Beds were very comfortable.

This was such a beautiful location. The perfect family getaway. The area of Newport is quiet and mostly young families enjoying the summer. There was just enough space to feel comfortable. I call this a nicely furnished beach condo right on the sand.

Was nice place right on boardwalk and plenty of food options close by is great! The place itself could use a little TLC nothing major but few small things here and there ie. Broken blinds, cabinet doors in kitchen and bathroom need adjusted or replaced. Need more hooks in bathroom for towels. But overall the place was nice we opted for the AC units and very glad we did! Beds are comfy place was decently clean and would stay here again. Would not consider my first choice but it is decent enough for another visit.
