「Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.」

Outdoor furniture is sad and the white plastic chairs disgusting.No duvet cover on the duvet is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.Tired and in need of some love and upgrade.It doesn’t take much to clean surfaces with a fresh smelling cleaner. Including kitchen cabinets.The kitchen floor was dirty. 「We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t get to see any sea lions from the balcony during our visit, but there were a few just down the street at the sea lion docks.The property is two separate condo units connected by a locked interior door. Since we rented both units, the host quickly provided the code so we could unlock it and enjoy the space as one large condo. Great communication and a wonderful stay! WiFi was kind of spotty downstairs but great upstairs!」
