Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "

"The staff was great. The room was wonderful. We had a river view room and it was so peaceful. Just so happened that we were there during an 8" snowfall and most everything was closed. They kept the kitchne open for room service and we were able to enjoy our couples massage at St. Somewhere even while being short staffed. Very nice!"
