The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, this place is pretty much a dump. This building has seen better days, but the bed was clean and comfy. The bathroom felt suspect, possibly black mold on the ceiling. There was also a local crackhead smoking crack in the staircase when I walked outside to my car at 4am. All in all, I got some rest for the nights I was there, so it served its purpose.

My room was clean staff made the bed and chaged the towels each day.They do not allow pets. They have a coffee bar in the checkin and they have a coffee maker and microwave and fridge in the room. Elevator worked well. Hotel does not have any meal service buany restaurants in the area. Pool looked nice but I didn't seeanyone using it.

The room overall was clean, however, the shower didn’t work and the air-conditioning heating unit did not work. I understand the building is still going through renovations for moving permits, previous location. But this was unacceptable. I made do with what I had. Only half of the cable television stations worked with the other half being satellite static so I just use the room for the bare minimum. Plus my door was difficult to open anytime I entered my room. I don’t know if I’ll be staying at this location. The next time I’m coming through.

My stay was great the front desk clerk was amazing the bed was very comfortable I slept great.. only thing was the people above me let their child run back and forth through out their room for hours other than that I was comfortable

This hotel is in a prime location near the Hampton Coliseum, that being said there are a few issues that need addressing, one urgently! I had read reviews about bugs, but stayed 2 nights and had not encountered any until I read the review, then they came out of nowhere!! Even on the bed which I'm so glad I didn't see until check out day. Unacceptable!! The other issues are with the Internet service, many customers complaining about not being able to connect, and you have to keep connecting seemed like every hour and speed was just not there. The cable TV service is less than desirable, with a lot of stations receiving spotty service or not available. The children's stations/comedy shows seemed to work fine, but not for me.

I am not the guest there, my son is. This is the second time he has stayed at the hotel. He said it is clean, the heating works well, and he likes the layout of the room. It is very close to Coliseum Center where they are a lot of restaurants and shops. The price is great.

Time capsule motel with no frills

Best budget hotel within walking distance of Hampton Aquaplex. Basic budget hotel best described as a "time capsule motel with no frills" This is near other hotels that charge 2x to 3x as much per night. Can also easily walk to nearby restuarants such as McDonald's, Freddies Custard, and Dunkin Donuts. Kroger, Starbucks, Olive Garden, and several others are just 1/2 mile away.
