For The Shore is a modern 2 bedroom, self-catering apartment on the Pentire headland. Overlooking the world famous Fistral Beach, it also offers stunning views of Towan Head and the Headland Hotel and is just a 15 minute walk from the vibrant Newquay town centre.
This contemporary apartment sleeps 4 and is situated on the second floor of the Ocean 1 complex. The open plan living/dining area leads on to the balcony with wonderful views and is an ideal spot to relax when returning from the beach.
There are two bedrooms ( 1 x Kingsize and 2 x singles (which can be made into a superking on request)) and two bathrooms along with secure, allocated parking and double garage, plus video entry system to the apartment.
All this creates a relaxing and stress free environment to enjoy your stay in Cornwall.

Amazing view. Lovely apartment.

Great location, lovely apartment
We loved the location of this property so close to Fistral beach, and with the view of the beach too. We found the apartment to be very modern, warm, comfortable and very clean. It was a lovely place to come back to in the evening after a day out and relax. The garage was also very useful to store muddy and wet things. We could not fault the accomodation.

Perfect Newquay flat

Great apartment, fantastic views.
Great apartment, fantastic views. Nice and easy to find on Pentire opposite Fistral beach and the Headland hotel. The apartment is full of amenities, all you really need is food to keep you going. Car parking is secure and the space is large with a garage included if you need it (we didn’t).
All in all it was a great place to spend a relaxing week in Newquay.

Lovely week in Cornwall
Just got back from a lovely peaceful week in Cornwall 🌞🌞and feel very rested. The apartment was superb with every little convenience catered for and the cream tea on arrival was a welcome bonus after a long journey. Everything was lovely and clean so we were very happy and can’t wait to go again next year. Thank you Samantha.

Great place to stay, highly recommended
This is a lovely spacious apartment with great views over Fistral Bay. If you’re looking for a beach holiday it’s on your doorstep but it is also well located for touring the rest of Cornwall. You come home to a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, great showers and beautifully comfortable beds and bedding.
Communication with the owner and directions to the property were excellent and the cream tea that was left for us to enjoy was much appreciated.
Thank you Samantha for letting us share your apartment, my only regret is that we didn’t get to spend enough time in it.

Stylish and attractive apartment overlooking Fistral beach
Loved our stay in this spacious apartment just a few minutes from Fistral beach. Attractively decorated and very comfortable with fantastic ever changing views of the beach. Well equipped with everything we needed for a restful break including a welcoming bottle of prosecco. From the secure parking to the powerful showers everything worked really well making it a stress free stay. The view was amazing and watching the tides come and go was so relaxing. There were some great walks on the doorstep and lots of choice when it came to eating out. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice Tidy Apartment
The apartment was very nice, clean and tidy. Everything needed was provided. The benefit of a parking space. Fast broadband and a smart TV with Netflix. A few minutes walk to Fistral beach. Communication with Sam was excellent and very prompt. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Wow. What a luxury experience.
Well where do I start? The apartment is sooo luxurious and worth every last penny of which I was happy to spend on my experience. The location was amazing overlooking fistral beach. Bang in the centre you have Newquay, st Ives , an amazing zoo, St Michael's mount and the list goes on. I intend to go back again and would happily stay at the same location again.

Absolutely brilliant
The owner of the property was extremely friendly and helpful and the property itself was amazing brilliant location and views of Fistral Beach with all the facilities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay would definitely recommend this property to a couple or family and would definitely staff again it is close to Newquay Town centre, beaches and local attractions in the surrounding area

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location
We have two girls aged 6 and 8 & were looking for a location close to the beach, Sam's apartment was ideal! Really lovely apartment, clean and well presented with everything you need for a great holiday.
We were greeted with everything you need for a cuppa and a cream tea on arrival (nice touch) and there's a Sainbury's a short drive away.
The view from the reading window was my favourite spot when not on the balcony! Very modern, beds were comfy and the showers really powerful. Kitchen and dining had everything you need, the whole apartment is very nice.
A short walk to the famous Fistral beach (which you can see from the apartment balcony and window seat), you can walk to town and the harbour although we drove to one of the car parks nearer town. You can also walk to Pentire Headland for amazing views of Fistral and Crantock Beach, there's also a nice pub on the headland with a great outside area looking back across to Fistral.
All in all a great holiday, Newquay was great the local beaches are amazing (lusty Glaze our favourite after Fistral) plus we learnt to surf! I can't believe I left it so long to try....
