Easy to find parking tight, hiccup over key safe code sorted by hosts quickly Steep stairs on 3rd floor so not recommended for the unfit Nice little flat Comfy double bed ( not king sized) plenty of storage Excellent kitchen 1 minute to Morrison’s mini mart, Indian restaurant and hotel with bar and restaurant both overlooking the sea 2 - 3 minutes to the beach Lots of bars restaurants close by and Asda around 5 minutes 10 minute walk to town centre and harbour Would recommend

Position in Newquay was great, close to shops and station. Apartment was clean and welcoming, but could have done with more cross ventilation, the bedroom window wouldn't open, we had some really hot days in August and a fan wasn't enough for top floor. Internet was intermittent, shower temperature difficult to control. Overall we had a good stay.

Sehr hübsch, aber unsauber

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stockwerk und ist sehr hübsch, liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet, aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Am Dunstabzug hängen alte Fetttropfen, Töpfe und Geschirr sowie in allen Schränken, auch im Bad ist alles leider nur sehr oberflächlich sauber gemacht und es "klebt" irgendwie überall. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer müsste dringend ersetzt werden, da es völlig durchgesessen ist. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten, wir hatten diese Mängel auch ihm weitergegeben. So wie wir den Gastgeber kennenlernten, denke ich, dass die Mängel künftig beseitigt werden. Er war, wie bereits erwähnt sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Ortsmittelpunkt und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustüre ist sehr eng, wenn noch ein Auto dort steht, sollte aber unbedingt mit angefragt werden.

Ruhige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und und während der Nacht hatte man seine Ruhe.Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Man kann hier ganz newquay zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einkaufszone, Strände, der Coast path, jede Menge Restaurants sind zum Teil in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof in weniger als 100 Meter aber man hört da nichts von. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar per Mail und ansonsten läuft alles ohne Probleme kontaktlos ab.
