This homely cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single day bed and there is a delightful south facing balcony with views of the village and hills. It feels like being in Greece on a sunny day.

The charming property includes amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, central heating, a small pretty outside space, and a large wood burner for cold nights, providing a warm atmosphere. I think my home will help you experience everything South Devon has to offer, including the nearby beaches of Teignmouth and Torquay . Dartmoor, is just 7 miles away. The delightful market town of Totnes is only a 20 minute drive away and Newton Abbot town is a 20 minute walk from the cottage. Newton Abbot has a mainline train station for a night out in Exeter or Plymouth if you don't wish to drive.
