「The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.」

「Traveling and stayed one night. Chose this hotel due to positive reviews from other previous travelers. It was clean, comfortable, and staff: friendly and helpful. The bed had a topper, and the pillows were well put together, which made for a great night sleep. The breakfast buffet was well maintained and had an attendant who actively inquired if there was anything they could do for us.
