The living room, which is in open connection with the kitchen, is very cozy. You can light the stove on cooler days. In addition to the four bedrooms, there are two separate areas with two single beds or a narrow double bed (140 cm).



On sunny days, you can sit on one of the three beautiful terraces and enjoy the fresh sea air blowing in from the beach. Last but not least, you can look forward to the large, sheltered wooden terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a barbecue.



You live in the popular Balka area and can reach the child-friendly beach and a summer café in just a few minutes. You can enjoy a delicious ice cream at the small harbor. You are also not far from charming Nexø. It is highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its fine stores, restaurants and more.



A lovely house within walking distance of the cozy Snogebæk with restaurants and smokehouse. Look forward to a wonderful vacation on the sunny island!
