The service of hotel staff is under satisfactory. They seem like having no intension to solve our problem. For example, we checked-in at about 4 pm, but the room was still not ready. In addition, they didn't try to provide any alternatives. Instead, they just asked us to wait and even didn't apologize for this. We have to wait for 30 minutes for the hotel room and the schedule delay because of it.
Besides, when we entered the room, the floor of the room was quite dirty, and the sink was full of water with sands. It made me feel the hotel didn't put effort on cleaning the room.
