整體感覺很好,環境舒適寧靜。特別是游泳池,每日也要到這裡游泳,好舒服。另外spa centre也可以去一試,這樣價錢可以好好享受一下。餐廳也有中西越,味道也不錯。另外有shuttle bus 到beach 及center。特別一讚酒店counter 服務員,英文一流,解釋詳細。好nice. 總括來說,此間洒店可以推薦一下吧

首次入住這間酒店,網上訂了一間海景房,因為是首次到越南,所以提前和酒店職員電郵確定接送服務,酒店方面可以安排不同座位的汽車接送,收費略貴,但是服務很好,司機一早在機場等待,高舉有你名字的牌,並不會因此而找不到你。酒店職員非常有禮貌,行李員馬上為你那行李上樓梯,前台的職員每一個都面帶笑容,說流利的英語。入住這裏會給你送上15分鐘的肩頸或雙腳按摩體驗

Operator not responding. Poor services
Got free upgrade. The room is good and reception is friendly. However, the operators are rude and not responding. Requested three times and waited an hour to get a new towel. The air conditioner is not working the next morning. Called the operator. She kept asking if the windows are opened even I confirmed they are closed. No one came to have a look after I called few times until I came to the reception and reported it. Unfortunately, the ac is not fixed for the whole morning and afternoon.

The manager was so nice. Once she knew that I had VIP access, she upgraded my room so that I could have the best experience with the hotel. They also let me check out late since my drive came late. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Nha Trang next time.
