Magnificent, detached family cottage with very large rooms and a private garden. Enjoy natural, eco-friendly swimming in an exceptional setting in the heart of the countryside!
Children can fish on the second 1000m² landscaped pond (roach, small carp)... be careful: they bite!
The cottage is located very close to the small town of Craon, which offers all services and shops. Don't miss its historic center. Even more impressive is the Robert Tatin open-air museum – a truly unique experience!
For outings: the Rincerie leisure park (8 km) offers swimming and a wake park (water skiing). In Craon, there's a water park with a spa.
With a fishing permit, you can also fish the Usure River (300m) or the Rincerie leisure park.

The natural swimming area (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting). It is unheated, 1.5m to 1.70m deep, 15m wide and 15m long. Swimming is shared with a second gîte and the owner's guests (swimming rules must be respected). The gîte has a completely independent entrance and terrace on two levels.

LEVEL 0: Laundry room - Kitchen/living room 48m² (fireplace) - Separate WC.

LEVEL 1: Bedroom (1) 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom (2) 2 double beds (140x190cm) on a mezzanine - Bedroom (3) 1 queen bed (160x190cm) and 1 single bed (80x190cm) - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate WC.

2 additional people (children) can be accommodated upon request (total capacity of 9).

Work from home: desk and Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

Baby equipment available upon request: booster seat, travel cot, bath ring, changing mat.

3 nights or more: check-in 4 pm - check-out 10 am. Rooms are on the first floor.
