Place was clean and well kept. If I were to stay here again I’d definitely steer clear of the courtyard rooms as you couldn’t escape the chlorine smell for even a second. Internet on the tv didn’t work both mornings we were there and only connected in the evenings. Pool and spa were cleaned daily although the 40 person maximum made it difficult to swim sometimes as there tended to be a lineup in the afternoons. Overall not a bad experience especially if you have young children

While it was dirty and it was pointed out to staff that were dismissive. The major issue is the fact that the amenities are limited and was not disclosed at the the time of booking only part way through the stay. We were not able to check in until after 5pm and the only offering for that major inconvenience was “free parking” for one vehicle while it was 2 rooms affected. The colouring activity was a nice simple touch that aided in the long wait times for the room or the pool.

The pool was ok but a bit crowded which i expect but the activity area was close too early. Staff are very amazing and very accommodating. I would still rate it at 4.5

Room was very clean, although dated. Looks like they are updating, however, our room was not. The bathroom was very dated, but spotless. Also, the bathroom door was (perhaps) off-hinge and couldn't be closed. Well.. if you forced it, you might get it completely stuck. So, the 3 of us agreed to enter only if the door is completely ajar. Positives: pool/hot tubs. Ambience. Hotel location. Lots of nearby restaurants and very close to the Falls. We got a room in the 'courtyard' for the vibes. I loved the concept of it. Lots of greenery, and availability of seating and pool towels. They have a small bar going as well as TVs for sports, a kiddie play area and mini putt. If you like quietness or are a late riser, or sensitive to smell (chlorine), the courtyard rooms are not for you.

We traveled with 3 kids ages 15, 4 and 2, a lot of fun was had by all of them, and us adults. We didnt use the small arcade at all. But every morning we swam, then got cleaned up and dressed and played in the play area and mini putt, and went about our day. It was great and we also loved the attached restaurant.

Good place for kids to burn off energy, staff are friendly, neat place for kids, but the rooms are a little damp and noisy by the courtyard. Some leftover shampoo stains from the previous guest still on the tub when we arrived and crumbs in the chairs.
