Home was beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. The location was perfect for us and the activities we had planned on our vacation. Some areas of the home could have been cleaner in my opinion. The refrigerator had to be wiped down better before we stored our food. Overall we really enjoyed the home and would book again in the future.

Comfortable lodging close to Niagara Falls

Pros- great location to access all Niagara Falls and to offer, house had plenty of room for 2 families traveling together, large kitchen, multiple refrigerators, fire pit with small fire prepared for our use, beautiful view of river and access to fishing, life jackets provided, one kayak was ready to useCons- one tv only, host called at 9:24 pm to ask children to not play outside because they were too loud, we felt like we were being watched from the front and back cameras on the house, one kayak had giant holes in and was not useable, additional mirrors and televisions needed in bedrooms and would have been nice to have locks on all bedroom doors, more kitchen utensils needed as I had to flip pancakes with a pie serverOverall, it was not the worst or best Vrbo we’ve stayed in but it was comfortable and suitable for our 4-day trip.

Stunning home

We booked to stay for our wedding and this home is stunning! Everything was clean and so well maintained. They have obviously put a lot of thought and care into making sure guests are comfortable and so well taken care of. Quick and easy communication. We would stay again repeatedly here it was amazing! What a great house! We really enjoyed this house for my family and my cousins family. 4 adults and 7 kids. The house was very nice and clean and we had quick access to Niagara Falls. Would highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful and roomy. Close enough to the falls to get to the action but located in a nice quiet residential area away from the tourist trap. The host Angela was reaponsive qhen i meassaged her. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Niagara Falls trip

Excellent house and location! Close to all the falls attractions/activities (<15 minutes) but far enough away to be out of the chaos. Made use of the included raft for some fishing. There are several nearby golf courses. The host was very responsive and the house was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation in Niagara Falls

Beautiful property close to the falls and other area attractions. The home is comfortable and well appointed with lots to do if you need a chance to recover from all of the crowds at the falls. As a large group with small children, the home was absolutely perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is beautiful & fully stocked. We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 3 teens & it’s close to all of the Niagara Falls attractions. We had a lot of fun with the kayak & boat. The neighborhood is beautiful & all of the neighbors were very kind. Angela is an amazing host! She responded fast & checked on us throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Location to Visit Niagara Falls

Perfect Niagara Falls Location

The property was gorgeous and was perfect for our short Niagara Falls getaway! The views of the water were beautiful and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was perfect for a short drive to all of the nearby attractions while offering the convenience of having a home rather than a hotel. I would highly recommended this property and would certainly stay here again on a future Niagara Falls visit.

Rented for the Eclipse

We were a party of 3 couples and one 6 year which the house held nicely. The 4th bedroom that we didn’t use is a loft off of the living room so limited privacy. The primary suite is great. The property is lovely. The neighbours were welcoming and helpful. Host is very responsive. The drinkware is all very nice so if travelling with children bring some child friendly cups! It is off the beaten path but close to everything. Enjoy

beautiful home, well located

We LOVED staying at this well built home. There were six of us, 2 pre-teens, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents. The house was beautiful and located on a very quiet street within 10-15 minutes of all the local Niagara attractions. The fireplace was wonderful as was the massive kitchen. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We shared with them that the house would benefit from just a few additional things and did buy a few to leave there (a wine opener, a dustpan and brush). A few additional things would be great, like a few more trash cans, a snow shovel, fire tongs/poker/shovel, a metal ash can, a few pot holders, blackout shades for the loft bedroom which gets a lot of bright sun early in the morning, and windex to clean the glass table. Also helpful would be a handout explaining how to use all the wonderful things in the house, like the heated basement floors and the fireplace itself (raising the glass door, whether or not you have to open a flue, where to safely dispose of ashes). This was a fantastic house and we would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing

This lakefront house is more beautiful than pictures can describe. We spent here 4 days with family and some company staff members and we all loved it. Very close to the falls. We did some fishing, kayaking and a nice fire at night, just some of the activities we enjoyed. We played boardgames, grilled some meat on the outdoor covered grill. What else can I say, we had everything we needed. Angela was also great and quick to reply. If I could give more than five stars I would. Totally amazing stay!

Niagara Trip

The property was definitely better than what we expected from the writeup. We were there with 7 people as an extended family. The property itself was beautifully landscaped & maintained all the way from the road to the waterfront. The house itself had more than enough room for all of us. The open area throughout the living area made it great for hanging out & dining. The spacious kitchen with the large island and plenty of appliances made it great for fixing meals. There was more than enough linens & towels. The back yard was great for the kids to play, fish & swim. Everything was clean and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING

Honestly, this was simply put - perfect. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The property is on the water as advertised and the owners made arrangements for canoes and fishing gear for us too. The neighbors across the street help manage things for the owners and they’re incredibly nice and helpful - anything and everything we could’ve possibly needed we had and right away. We liked it so much we actually added another night at the end which the owners were also great about accommodating last minute. The location is amazing - only maybe 10 minutes or so from the falls… Only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer!!!!!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!!!
