On the second floor, a comfy 2-bedroom unit with a spacious kitchen and dining room space. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom, one with a jacuzzi and balcony access. The property is located right by the falls. It’s location gives easy access to tourist attractions in downtown Niagara Falls!

It's one of the closest properties to Niagara Falls.
- 10 min walk to Clifton Hill
- 4 min drive to the falls viewpoint (20 min walk)
- 2 min walk to Niagara River
- 1 min drive to Rainbow Bridge
- 1.8 km to Niagara Falls Bus Terminal and Train Station

Great Location - Privacy is Concerning

Pros: This property is in a great location, has a beautiful deck area off of the master bedroom, was clean and had HVAC.Cons: Privacy is a BIG concern. This is a multiple unit dwelling, which is not a problem. The issue was the lack of privacy. There is a door in the kitchen with a window that faces a stairwell. The renter who lives in the upstairs unit must access the attic through this stairwell. The door with the window is labelled "Emergency Exit". When you stand in the kitchen and a man appears in the window, it is frightening/uncomfortable. The renter tried to keep his head turned away the few times we saw him, but when you're in your pajamas in the kitchen at night or early in the morning, this is a concern.The "spa" is a bathtub and not an outside spa. My mistake. I wanted a unit with a spa for my mother-in-law, but got a spa bathtub. There is no living room. Again, my mistake. I assumed a VRBO with two bedrooms/bathrooms as well as a kitchen had a living area. There is an area where a couch and TV could fit, but there is another dining table there. There is also a table in the kitchen as well. So, two places to eat, and no living room to relax. We made due and sat on the deck, but you have to walk through the master bedroom and the bathroom to get to the deck. Again... Privacy. In order to access the deck, you must walk through the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom does not have a door. It has a curtain, which limits privacy when using the facilities.
