Great Location

Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). Lots of detailed information is provided on how to operate everything. There are also lots of reminders/rules posted about noise, towels, garbage, cleaning, etc. Sheets and towels provided were fresh/clean. In all honestly, you will probably (hopefully!) spend little time sitting in the apartment other than sleeping and getting ready to go out. Get out and explore Nice or go to the beach! I would have found this helpful before booking: This appeared to be a private apartment that is managed for rentals by a management company using this site. The check in is located near the Cours Saleya (which was the map location shown for the rental when I booked) and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to this building (which does include an elevator). There were several steps for third-party deposit and payment but communication from the management was clear and adequate.
