地點佳，房間乾淨
地點很不錯，步行到廣場、海邊都不遠。房間夠大，且乾淨，只是毛巾舊了些。唯一出乎意料的是有些房間沒有電梯可搭，需手提行李。

It's close to bus and tram stations and shops
Nice place to stay in Nice. Clean and convenient. Not too noisy at night. A bit expensive and the wifi is a bit slow though. With such a price, if breakfast can be included, it'd be much better.

非常老舊而且很小的飯店
雖然說預定的時候就已經知道房間不大，但看了網站上的照片，覺得房間的舒適、乾淨程度還可以接受。不過，實際上入住時，發現房間實際上和網站所顯示的照片有很大的差異，不但很小、不明亮，而且床單也看起來不太乾淨。唯一可以接受的是，浴室還算乾淨。此外，ＭＡＰ的連結會帶到另外一家飯店，害得我當天多耽誤了半個多鐘頭，拿著行李多走半個多小時的路，真是超不爽的。雖然說尼斯的飯店很貴，但一個晚上要價一百五十幾歐元，真的非常不值得，建議可以到車站附近找一家三星的小飯店就可以，我看到的價格大概只要一百歐元，或者不需要住在尼斯，改住到外圍的城市，順便去凡斯的聖保羅玩，住在尼斯真的很後悔。

Have been a nice experience living there. Though the room is a bit small, however, it has everything we needed, it's clean, bathroom and shower are good too. Love the welcome drink and snack. Its location is good, can get to the old town, beach, and railway station within 10 mins. Large supermarket and just a few blocks away.

Be sure to ask where your room is located. My room was in a part of the hotel not serviced by elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of winding stairs.

Very good location close to metro station, good breakfast selection. Triple room was pretty small, bathroom needed attention, grout discoloured, silicone mouldy and fittings loose.

Good location for exploring Nice
Very central and easy check in. Room quite small but managed. Curtain torn and some mould in the bathroom which needs addressing. Air conditioning good and relatively quiet. Breakfast was simple but enough to set us up for a day of exploring beautiful Nice. Only real negative was the advice the reception staff gave in regards to getting a bus to Villefrance-sur-mer; marked the map in entirely the wrong place which led to us wasting 45 minutes searching and walking to get the correct bus stop.

Et flott ferieopphold m familie, men to dager ble det ikke gjort rent på hotellrommet og jeg måtte selv ordne håndklær og toalettpapir. Heller ingen beklagelse når jeg da fra om det. Resepsjonspersonalet var veldig varierende i serviceinnstilling. Flere hilste nesten ikke mens andre var svært hyggelige. Spesielt hyggelig var en kvinne som ordnet en dagstur for oss☺️

The location was the best part about this property; a short walk to the beach and Old Nice, plus near plenty of good restaurants (and gelato). The lobby of the hotel is nice, but the rooms need a major refresh. Bare walls, weird shower, and generally not very clean. I was traveling with a colleague, and mosquitos somehow made it into both of our rooms and we woke up with bites on our faces. My colleague also found someone's thong in his close (true story). The last negative was that the breakfast was pretty low quality. Not a terrible place to stay, but probably won't be going back.

Nos facilitaron una habitación en un segundo piso sin ascensor. La habitación bastante antigüa y no del todo limpia, el armario estaba dentro del baño y el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido aún habiéndolo apagado.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location near the train station and the beach (both about 10 minutes away). Also, one of the main shopping streets is at the top of the road, and there are some great places to eat nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a good choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it.

Hotel staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Hotel is clean, quiet and safe. Room I’ve stayed at has lovely decor and was comfortable. This hotel is nearby shopping area, restaurants, cafe, beautiful rooftop bars, it’s also well connected to public transport and nearby attractions to visit. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a perfect location for both modern shops and a stroll to the Old Town. The tram from the airport is a few yards away as is another tram to the station. Staff are friendly helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast selection for a daily charge. Clean and well presented.

Die Matratze vom Bett war super für mich als Wasserbettenschläfer. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war immer und in jedem Bereich sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung. Geschmacklich sowie zubereitet und der Kaffee war unterirdisch. Während des Aufenthaltes war eine Baustelle im Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Zum Frühstücksraum wurde die Tür nicht geschlossen sodass es kalt und zügig beim Frühstück war. Sehr unangenehm.

2泊３日のニース旅行で利用。ハイシーズンでどこのホテルも高額ですが、このホテルはその中でもリーズナブル。繁華街に近く、ビーチやニース駅まで徒歩圏内。部屋もフランスの割には広く快適でした。
