Family visit in August 2022

Our family of 5 (including 3 young adults) stayed for the first week in August. Everything was excellent from the pre visit communications, through to arrival & check in and the location itself. The apartment itself is approx. 40 mins on public transport from the airport via tram and couldn't have been easier to manage. Alice & her daughter were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their lovely apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was just lovely. Full of character , very spacious and close to all amenities. The farmers market in the street was great for shopping. It was a short walk to the station and the area was not very touristy. The flat was quiet but just off the Main Street. Alice was very efficient and friendly. This is a family flat and reflects the interests of the de George’s. We had a great stay and saw lots of things of interest on the Cote d’azure. Walks , swimming and art. The weather was warm and dry . Just right for a Christmas escape

Très bon séjour chez Alice. Appartement confortable et bien placé, à seulement 20-25min à pied de la promenade des Anglais, et 10min de la gare Thiers.

Great place in the heart of Nice

The appartment is located right in the center of the city, shops and a daily farmer's market right around the corner, as well as the tramway that takes you to the beach and to the airport. We enjoyed the stay very much together with our three teenagers, Alice arranged everything very well as our host. To be recommended for eyeryone!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé , proche des commerces et non loin du tramway pour les sorties en centre ville et plage...Très bel appartement avec le charme de l ancien et l hôte est une personne très avenante et très disponible. Je vous le recommande vivement !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans l'appartement d'Alice, confortable, décoré avec goût, au calme et en même temps, proche de toutes les commodités. Son emplacement, tout près du tram est un véritable plus pour visiter Nice et ses alentours avec d'excellentes connexions bus/train/tram. De petites suggestions faites à la propriétaire pour parfaire le séjour (étendoir à linge, micro-ondes - Alice nous a bien informés qu'il n'y en avait pas avant la réservation). Si nous revenons à Nice, nous relouerons cet appartement sans hésiter et remercions Alice pour son chaleureux accueil et sa disponibilité.

Ce très bel appartement en cœur d’un quartier authentique et vivant nous a séduit par son charme et sa quiétude. Le marché quotidien du quartier est un atout pour les amateurs de produits frais.
