For reminder, we offer Suites of 30m² with a Nespresso Coffee machine with free caps, both shower and bathrooms, free shuttle to the airport on avaibility, free wifi, complementary pool and fitness room….). Our rooms corresponds to the Novotel Suites' standards in France and Europe and I will transfer your comment regarding the product to the brand Novotel. As you mentionned in your comment, we don't have any shuttle . However, from the airport, it is possible to find the tramway line number 2 in the direction of 'Port Lympia'. In order to reach our hotel, it is necessary to stop at the station 'Parc Phoenix' which will take 10 minutes. Dear Madam,We thank you for the time taken to share your experience at the Novotel Suites Nice Airport. In your comment, you've expressed your disappointment in several ways going as far as labelling us the “Crapiness hotel”. We deeply regret that some aspects of your stay did not live up to your expectations and we’ll address every issue that you’ve raised. However, we’d like first to object to your poor choice of words that xould definitely be qualified as slander. Anyone is free to employ whatever word they judge appropriate in private circles regarding the quality of a product. It’s a different matter when words like these are used on a public platform. First and foremost, we'd liké to say that all the suites in our establishment have an overall surface of 30 square meters and every facility inside it fully comply with the Novotel Suites standards, toilets and bathrooms as well. All of the room features can also be found beforehand on our official website prior to any reservation as well as all the other booking platforms. Had you You've also mentionned the fact that the swimming pool was full with people throughout your stay even though it has a free access for our clients every day from 9 am to 8 pm. This is our belief that it's sufficient time for every client to enjoy it at their leisure. On that particular point, we also remind you that the location of our establishment is just a few meters far from the Promenade des Anglais, which counts more than 20 private or public beaches. Finally, you seemed highly unsatisfied with the breakfast as you implied that it was organised in a dreadful and chaotic manner. To our knowledge, the buffet is replenished during the whole service and our staff stands available constantly to check if anything is missing. Overall, we've always prided itself in trying to provide the best possible experience. This effort is largely reflected, amongst other things, by the fact that our establishment has constantly maintained over the last few months an excellent rating on every platform and has been given end of 2022 the award of the best Novotel in the whole région.
