As you mentioned we are ideally located at 500 meters from the train station and 15 minutes walk for the Old Town area and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say that the Happy Culture collection and its policy "our hotels are your hotel" is made for you. Indeed all the hotel of the chain do offer many additional services to their guests such as : free luggage storage, free high speed Wi-Fi connection, umbrellas rent for the day, a Yummy corner which a fresh drink and some pastries served from 2pm until 11pm and free coffee and hot beverage machine at your disposal 24/24.
