Our apartment with south-facing terrace (9sqm) is located on the ground floor in a completed in 2015, architecturally appealing quiet residential complex in the idyllic Baltic Sea Nienhagen. You can expect a modern furnished 2-room apartment with space for up to 3 people plus a toddler up to 3 years (in Kinderreisebatt).
Our apartment we have equipped with a high quality, open kitchen with many kitchen utensils.
In the spacious combined living and dining area is a pull-out sofa with sleeping function as well as a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo, books and DVDs.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in size 160cm x 200cm.
Our bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, towel radiator and vanity. Our little guests are also a cot and a high chair and children's cutlery available. In our utility room, which is located directly in the apartment, a washing machine is also available for free. On the terrace you will find a dining table with 4 chairs. Here you can start the day with a hearty breakfast and in the evening with a glass of wine to experience the unmistakable mood, when the day lays by the sea. A parking space no. 1 we have directly in front of the apartment on the property, also you can use a bicycle storage for bikes brought free of charge. We warmly welcome you in our apartment and wish you a nice relaxing holiday! Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels, or you book them for a fee.
