"The couple were kind and accommodating. They were an hour late to pick us up at the airport. Yet, they also took us to the train station the next morning at 5:00 am. Very kind. "成田空港からの乗り継ぎ便を待つために利用安いので予約しました部屋は写真よりも古い感じでした。バスタブ付きだったので利用しました。水を流したら外に溢れてきました。フロントデスクに連絡したら、早急に対応してくれて部屋を変えてくれました。荷物を出してなくてよかったです。電子レンジがコンビニの中にしかないのと、ウォーターサーバーなどがないのは残念でした。でもフリーシャトルやこの値段なので文句は言えませんシャトルの運転手さんも親切でした"

"Traveling by car, we found the spacious parking lot to be a major advantage. Our room was clean, and the public bath provided the perfect way to unwind. We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our family’s first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Ando’s recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."
