PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled in a typical Mediterranean landscape, this newly built villa is located on a 900 m² very well-kept property with great garden including pool. The house is only about 400 meters from the sandy beach, where the fun never stops.
As true lovers of tourism we offer our guests a friendly and high quality service in a family atmosphere.
The guests of the house do not need to use a car during their stay because everything important is nearby, both day and night.

There are a total of 8 apartments of various sizes for rent. There are 3 studios for 2 + 2 persons, 3 apartments each with a separate bedroom for max 4 persons and 2 larger apartments for 5 to 7 persons. For the two identical studios in the 1st and 2nd floor and the two same apartments for 4 persons each in the 1st and 2nd floor, no specific rental unit can be booked. As all rental units on the upper floors offer sea views, the allocation will be subject to availability.

Up to 2 pets per apartment can be brought by arrangement.
