“My husband and I (plus our Great Dane) had a delightful stay at this property! The check-in and check-out processes were effortless and the host was very communicative. The location of this property is in a serene, rural suburb of Spokane with easy access to all sorts of activities and attractions. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. A helpful note to future guests: the only sink is located in the bathroom, so keep that in mind for dishwashing purposes. We would stay here again and……

“The host cleverly omitted from the listing that the property is right next to the railway track, where a train crosses almost every 10 mins and most of the times it's 2 trains at one time, which makes it very noisy. It is next to the master bedroom. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't even sleep properly for 1 night. Very bad experience. The bedframe in the master bedroom is wobly and not stable, so if one person turns, the bed moves disturbing the other person's sleep. The parking lot is……

“Clean spaces, advertised as “limited” and supplies were very limited. No cork screw, spatula, large serving bowls or platters, no water or wine glasses tho there were highball/juice glasses and coffee cups. Coffee supplies for 2 pots only supplied, even tho 4 adults stayed for 6 nights. Barely enough towels. ONE extra garbage bag and paper towel roll though there was enough toilet paper. Parking was a real pain. If ubering in with no car it would be great, we had 2 couples meeting, each……

“When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute……
