We are very unhappy that you booked 1 night with us and did not stay with us but you had put a bad comment, it is not good and not fairplay for our hotel, and it is really a spam review. Anyway thank you and wish you all the best.Chúng tôi rất không vui khi nhận được đánh giá này vì A/C đã đặt phòng ở chỗ chúng tôi, tuy nhiên lại không check in cũng như là lư trú qua đêm, và ngày hôm sau chúng tôi đã email để có thể hỗ trợ gì được Quý anh chị không như đổi ngày lưu trú, hoặc bảo lưu đơn đặt phòng cho Quý AC nhưng chúng tôi không nhận được bất kỳ phản hồi nào,,, tuy nhiên sau đó lại nhận được đánh giá tồi của A/C, đây thực sự là 1 spam cho chúng tôi và là đánh giá không có thực.Trân trọng

Dear Flavien, Thank you for your comments, we have already checked your booking (with check in: 31 July & check out 2nd Aug 2018), you booked a standard double and when you arrived, we had arranged for you a superior double with a large window, so please check your real booking again and visit our website for per roomtype with clear details, I think you had misunderstood about this matter and hope to welcome you back with us in the nearer future if we have a lucky chance to meet you again.
