Great place for large family gatherings!
We had a great time staying at the property. The place is perfect for large families with kids. The number of bathrooms is unprecedented and is a big plus. There is plenty of space in the house and a beautiful spacious garden for kids to roam around. The B&B is very clean and well kept, the owner is wonderful and very helpful. The only caution is that the house is not new and people with allergies might have a reaction.

Fantastic stay
How often do you a get a chance to stay at a century old Victorian house? If you are in central coast and a big group to enjoy the home by yourself, then look no further. This is a hidden gem nestled between Pismo Beach and Santa Maria. The place is grand, well maintained with beautiful victorian decor all around. It is kids friendly with an amazing backyard. Last but the not the least, Beki is a wonderful host who lives right across and available almost all the time :-) .

A fantastic place for bride and 11 bridesmaids to gather before and after wedding!
The house provide a wonderful space for a huge wedding party to spend time together before and after wedding. Beautiful setting and was everything we could ask for!

Beautiful but Quirky
The house is amazing and we had a great stay. Group of 11 people including a couple of kids. The kitchen is a little quirky and there is no BBQ grill, but we made it work! Beds were comfortable and all was as described. THANK YOU!

Loved our stay!
we absolutely loved the character, charm and warmth of this lovely old Victorian and our hosts, Kevin and Beki. We rented the entire house, which was a great venue four our daughter’s graduation celebration weekend. A few quirks with plumbing and fixtures which are to be expected with a 100+ year home, all minor in comparison to the overall positive experience we had. We hope to return for the next celebration in two years when our daughter gets her Masters degree.

perfect for family get-away
Rented the entire property for family lodging for a wedding being held nearby. We decided to host an event on the property as well as the gardens are lovely. Everything went perfectly the entire weekend. Beki, the property manager and host is lovely and extremely accommodating. We all had a wonderful time. I recommend it without hesitation.

Great spot for big gathering
Wonderful location, comfortable rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces for a large group gathering. Highly recommend this out of the way spot for anyone needing lots of rooms, bathrooms and space for a relaxing, fun event. Only real suggestion would be to have some outdoor space heaters available so that folks could stay outdoors to enjoy the quiet patio area once the sun goes down and the cool breezes start to blow. Will definitely keep this in mind for any future events in the area.
