I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. 」

"The resort first of all is quite overpriced. The ski ticket machine at the hotel didn’t work and caused us a lot time to get a refund.
The hotel allows non guest skiers to access the ski slope through the hotel lobby. At times the lobby was filled with hundred of people. It’s a complete chaos. The concierge, hotel staff and the guest elevators were occupied non guest skiiers. It’s a complete nightmare for hotel guests. I’m utterly disappointed!!"
"House clearing is not well and the toilet is with some yellow dirt. However, the staff handles this well and manages another room as replacement. Plus, we have another problem at another renting. The faucet in the bathroom gets stuck so it is not a good experience."
