Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo

10/10 Excellent
"Really well located next to two stations that connect to plenty of major stations. The hotel room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were so polite and kind. We can't speak on the food as we didn't try it but having a konbini right downstairs and across the street is very convenient! We would definitely stay here again!"

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay! The service from all of the staff was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were larger than we expected, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient to Shiomi Station, with several stores nearby. While it is a little farther from central Tokyo, we actually enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle while still having easy access to the city by train. Breakfast was great and the perfect way to start the day before heading out for our activities. Although there is no pool, the hotel offers excellent amenities, including a gym and a very clean public bathhouse. We also really enjoyed the bar—the drinks were excellent, and Mr. Takeshi was a fantastic bartender who made our experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. We loved our visit to Japan and truly enjoyed our stay!"

"I was expecting more of the hotel as I read a review where they were amazing. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. We had an incident where one of the staff address my husband as if he was a homeless just because he was working at 2 am on the lobby making business calls. Maybe it was language barrier but he use the wrong word as it was obvious my husband was not homeless as he was well dress and working. Other than that it was really good, everyone else were really nice."
