「Lovely, clean premises and comfortable spacious room. Reasonable price. Breakfast was included. Would've liked to have more tea options at breakfast.」

「Very good at all」

「Love the spacious room and cosy atmosphere. The hotel is at a quiet spot which is easily accessible by free airport shuttle and driving. Great value for money.」

「Good」

「The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience. Onsen was very nice.」
