Very helpful and supportive to change my room into a non-smoking twin-bed room from the other style. Economic room rate and great dinner site (Izakaya). One problem was to reserve a taxi from another town back to the hotel in the evening (This is not the hotel's problem but the area's one)

THE BASICS FUKUOKA
Overall clean room, great staff, and wonderful amenities such as free bottle of water everyday. Loved how we had thw option to choose the degree of room cleaning and/or clean towels. The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean although it needs an update. The staff were friendly and helpful.
